Membership

Membership at Skyline Reserve is at the sole discretion of our team. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or revoke membership at any time without obligation to provide reasons. Tier placement is determined by Skyline Reserve and may change based on engagement, contribution, and community behaviour.

Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional and social conduct. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Unsolicited selling, pitching, or solicitation at events
• Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour of any kind
• Sharing member contact information without explicit consent
• Any conduct that undermines the trust and integrity of the community

Photography & Media

Photography may occur at Skyline Reserve events for community and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our team at the event. Members may not photograph or record other members without consent.

Guest Policy

Guest privileges are available to Signature Reserve and Founders Circle members only, subject to availability and vetting. Guests must adhere to the same code of conduct as members. The introducing member is responsible for their guest's behaviour.

Events & Cancellation

Event bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Skyline Reserve. Members who cancel within 48 hours of an event may forfeit their booking fee. Skyline Reserve reserves the right to cancel or modify events with reasonable notice. In the event of cancellation by Skyline Reserve, full refunds will be issued.

Membership Termination

Skyline Reserve may terminate membership for violations of the code of conduct, behaviour that harms the community, or at our discretion. Members may voluntarily terminate their membership at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website and associated with Skyline Reserve are proprietary. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
